These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement. By registering on or continuing to use the rx8bet platform, you confirm that you accept all the conditions described below. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

1 Definitions and Applicability

The following terms used in this document have the meanings set out below:

  • "rx8bet" or "Platform" refers to the website https://rx8bet.cam and all services operated under it.
  • "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has created an account on rx8bet or is browsing the platform.
  • "Account" refers to an individual user's personal registered profile.
  • "Bonus" refers to promotional rewards given to members by rx8bet.
  • "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition specifying how many times a bet must be placed before a bonus can be withdrawn.

These terms and conditions apply to all persons residing in Bangladesh who use the rx8bet platform. These terms are considered effective from the moment you access the platform.

1.1 Changes to the Terms

rx8bet reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The first time you log in after a change, you will be asked to accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you may close your account at any time.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to create an account on rx8bet:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is intended for persons aged 21 and above only.
  • Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be completely true, accurate and up to date.
  • Sharing account details with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
  • rx8bet reserves the right to verify identity (KYC) using third-party services.

2.1 Identity Verification

rx8bet may request necessary documents to verify a user's identity, age and address at any time. The platform reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if such documents are not provided. The verification process may require a copy of a national identity card, passport or driving licence.

2.2 Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password safe and do not share it with anyone. If you notice any unauthorised activity, inform our support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

All financial transactions on rx8bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The table below provides a summary of our payment terms:

3.1 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a mobile banking or bank account registered in the user's own name. Depositing funds through a third party is not permitted. rx8bet will credit the account balance after a successfully completed transaction.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. Wagering requirements applicable to bonus funds must be met before withdrawal. rx8bet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if fraud or a breach of rules is suspected.

3.3 Transaction Review and Rejection

rx8bet's security team reserves the right to review any unusual transaction. If fraudulent activity is proven, the relevant account will be closed and the balance will be forfeited.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Each bonus offer at rx8bet has its own terms and conditions. The general bonus policy is as follows:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Wagering requirement: 20x.

  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,200 → total balance ৳2,200.
  • Example: Deposit ৳26,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳15,000 → total balance ৳41,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each member may not claim any single promotional offer more than once.
  • Withdrawals are not possible before the wagering requirement is met.
  • Multiple bonuses may not be used together unless the offer clearly states otherwise.
  • rx8bet reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it is not used within the specified time limit.
  • If bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned through it will be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program

rx8bet's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Users can move up to higher tiers through regular play. Cashback amounts are credited every Monday according to the applicable rules.

5 Game Rules and Responsible Conduct

All games on rx8bet are conducted in a fully fair environment protected by SSL encryption. Players must follow the rules below:

  • The platform is intended for personal and entertainment use only.
  • Placing bets using software bots, automated tools or any artificial method is strictly prohibited.
  • Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users is a serious breach of the rules.
  • Taking advantage of any technical error on the platform is prohibited. Any winnings obtained in such cases will be considered void.

5.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

rx8bet places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We provide several protective measures for our members:

6 Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rx8bet:

  • Creating an account using another person's identity or false information.
  • Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Abusing the bonus system.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
  • Threatening, harassing or behaving offensively toward other users.
  • Operating an account on behalf of or in support of minors.

6.1 Account Closure Procedure

If evidence of a breach of the above rules is found, rx8bet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice. In such cases the balance may be forfeited.

Users may also close their own account at any time through the support team.

7 Intellectual Property and Content Policy

All content published on the rx8bet website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other elements — is the intellectual property of rx8bet. No user may copy, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Game software and content is controlled by the relevant third-party providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi) and operates under their own licences and terms.

8 Limitation of Liability and Compensation Policy

rx8bet bears no liability in the following circumstances:

  • If a session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
  • If account details are exposed due to the user's own negligence.
  • Delays in service from a third-party payment provider.
  • If online betting is not lawful under the laws of the user's country.

If an error or technical issue results in an incorrect deposit or withdrawal, rx8bet reserves the right to correct it, including by deducting the amount from a subsequent transaction.

10 Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

If a dispute arises between rx8bet and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion. In the event of a dispute, follow the process below:

  2. Provide details of your complaint and any relevant evidence.
  3. Our team will review your complaint within 48 working hours.
  4. An attempt will be made to provide a reasonable resolution with the agreement of both parties.
